Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Deliveries are sent out twice a week on Wednesday and Friday. We use UPS which typically takes between 1-5 business days to arrive. If your package appears to be lost or mishandled, please email us at shoppe@upstatedown.com so we can investigate.

IN-STORE PICKUP:

In-store pickup is available for most of our items. Furniture and Rugs are ONLY available via in store pick up at this time. All items must be available at in order to check out with in store pickup. UD Shoppe in Rhinebeck located at 41 E. Market St Suite 2 in Rhinebeck, NY and is open Wednesday-Sunday 11am-5pm. For inquiries about when your item will be ready for pickup, please email shoppe@upstatedown.com

MADE TO ORDER:

Made to order furniture can take between 8-20 weeks to be fabricated and sent out. Customs, government holidays, weather and other unforeseen circumstances make this an estimate only.  Please be prepared to wait for custom made furniture.
