Shipping

Orders ship once a week, on Fridays, with UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. UPS usually delivers within 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship to the contiguous United States only. Free shipping codes apply to standard UPS shipping only. If your package appears to be lost or mishandled, please email us at shoppe@upstatedown.com so we can investigate.

Large pieces

Larger pieces from our shop, such as furniture and rugs, are too big for a UPS box. These are delivered by freight, and the delivery cost is quoted for your address based on the size and weight of the piece. You may also choose in-store pickup.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available for most items on Fridays only. Our shop is at 13 East Market Street, Rhinebeck, New York 12572. Please email us at shoppe@upstatedown.com to arrange a time. We will let you know when your order is ready.

Made to order

Made to order furniture and rugs are crafted for you after you place your order and are delivered with white glove service. Delivery for made to order pieces is charged with your order. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks. Sometimes it can change based on fabric availability. Customs, government holidays, weather and other unforeseen circumstances also make this an estimate only. Please be prepared to wait for made to order furniture.

All furniture is final sale. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is available and clear for delivery.
