Furniture Delivery Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please review the following policy before ordering furniture. By purchasing furniture from our store, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Final Sale

All furniture purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Delivery Requirements

Furniture deliveries are scheduled by appointment. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery during the entire scheduled delivery window.

Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, traffic, weather, previous deliveries, and other unforeseen circumstances may result in earlier or later arrival times. We are not responsible for costs, missed appointments, lost wages, or other damages resulting from changes to the estimated delivery window.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all furniture can be safely delivered to its intended location.

Before ordering, please measure all doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, corners, and other access points to ensure your furniture will fit. Our delivery team cannot remove doors, windows, railings, or other parts of your home to complete a delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because the furniture does not fit, access is restricted, no adult is present, or the delivery cannot be safely completed, the order remains subject to our Final Sale Policy. Additional delivery, redelivery, storage, or return transportation charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the delivery team and reported to us promptly so we can assist with a claim if necessary.
