By signing below, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Furniture Purchase & Custom Order Disclosure & Final Sale Agreement.
Buyer understands that they are authorizing Seller to place the furniture order on their behalf and that, once the order has been submitted to the vendor, the purchase is final and non-refundable except in the case of verified manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
For custom orders, Buyer further acknowledges that, once production has begun, cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be accepted.
